The article talks about grass-fed cows being the source of the best butter. I have read that Irish cows are grass-fed, so if you can find Irish butter, you're good to go. It is available in Malaysia :)
If not, ghee is a good alternative - and is super yummy.
If cholesterol is a concern, read the paragraph about cholesterol and our bodies. A lot of the information we now have is OLD information, from the 80s that has not been updated, and is still spewed by the medical profession. I don't know why.
Coconut oil is another vilified fat - but it is really a good and nourishing fat. There are lots of articles online about its benefits and uses - and the facts are not plucked from the air, but verified.
Our very own palm oil is a brilliant oil, especially for high-heat cooking - because the oil doesn't burn and become carcinogenic. If you're cooking with olive oil, know that you're throwing money down the drain: olive oil must not be heated, as that kills all it's great properties.
Ok, end of sermon ;)
Please read the article and demolish the myths about butter circulating out there:
And, don't get me started on eggs - and how fools believe they are bad for us :(
